The matcha filter took over TikTok and Instagram — and a lot of people saved a photo with it, then wished they hadn't. Once the filter is baked in, the app won't take it off, and not everyone wants to spend twenty minutes in a photo editor.

Why it's free

The free tier — 3 valid upload attempts a day, one photo at a time, no signup, no watermark — stays free. After basic checks, an attempt is held during safety review and processing. It is used only for content that violates our rules or when a downloadable result is created; internal service failures release the hold. Batch mode and HD exports are paid features coming with optional credit packs; join the waitlist for launch access. That's the whole business model; we don't sell your data, and your photos are deleted within 1 hour.
